Product Process Introduction
Our outer diameter grinding process for wheel hub bearings can ensure perfect fit with mating components.
Using presicion CNC grinding equipment, we precisely control critical parameters including outer diameter, ovality, taper, and surface roughness.
Inspection by professional measuring tools such as length gauges, roughness testers, and OD micrometers, we conduct comprehensive in-process checks to verify dimensional tolerances and surface finish on every part.

Introduction to Production Process
JBG controls the entire production process of wheel hub bearings, including Forging, Turning, Induction heat treatment, CNC Machning, Grinding, Assembly, Warehouse.
Our multi-axis CNC turning centers and machining lines transform forged blanks into inner ring, outer ring and flange with micron-level precision. These machines execute complex cutting, boring, and threading operations with tight tolerances down to ±0.01mm, eliminating manual error and ensuring perfect fit with vehicle axles and bearings.
Each part is measured in-process to verify dimensions, roundness, and surface finish. This level of precision is effectively to prevent vibration, reduce wear, and extend the service life of the wheel hub bearings.

Product Raw Material Introduction
Raw material quality defines product performance. At JBG, we prioritize quality from the very start - beginning with material sourcing and inspection. JBG Wheel hubs is always choosing the material compared to OE quality.
For every part of wheel hub assembly, we only work with leading domestic steel mills: outer rings and flanges come from large-scale groups, while inner rings use premium bearing steel from specialized suppliers. Every batch is verified through spectral analysis and destructive testing to eliminate impurities that would shorten product life.
To avoid common manufacturing defects, instead of the shearing cutting method, JBG is using a saw cutting for blanking. This prevents riveting cracks caused by forging folds, ensuring better rigidity and fatigue durability in every unit.
