Introduction to Production Process
JBG controls the entire production process of wheel hub bearings, including Forging, Turning, Induction heat treatment, CNC Machning, Grinding, Assembly, Warehouse.
Especially in Forging lines, precision forging is the core of each durable wheel hub bearing. Leading other small factories in this industry, our 1,000-ton hydraulic forging presses shape raw material under extreme pressure.
This process eliminates internal defects, ensuring each forging blank meets strict dimensional tolerances before moving to subsequent machining steps. Every batch undergoes 100% inspection to guarantee consistent quality from the very start.
