Introduction to Production Process
JBG controls the entire production process of wheel hub bearings, including Forging, Turning, Induction heat treatment, CNC Machning, Grinding, Assembly, Warehouse.
Especially our automatic assembly line realizes fully automated integrated assembly of bearings, balls, seals, bolts, grease injection, completely avoiding precision errors caused by manual operation.
Including Eddy Current detection, Torque test, Clearance Automatic Sorting and ABS sensor signal test etc. All test data are recorded and stored in real time to realize full product traceability.
This full-inspection ensures that every delivered wheel hub bearings has stable performance, excellent sealing, no oil leakage and sensitive sensor response, providing reliable and safe driving guarantee for various vehicles.
