JBG Wheel Hubs, founded in 2009, has more than 200 employees and occupies a wide area of 20,000 square meters. Since 2024, with another factory base in Cambodia. JBG is a professional technology enterprise for automotive wheel bearings and wheel hub units, and has over 10 years experience in automotive field both for OE and aftermarket. Till now, JBG has almost 2,000 types with annual capacity over 1.2 million sets and reached sales turnover about 30 million USD. Our products are widely used in middle & senior cars, commercial vehicles and trucks, also exported to all over the world. Our main market is North American, Europe, Middle East, Russia, etc.

 

With great importance to innovation and R&D, JBG now has established research and development centers with several domestic universities, also obtained five invention patents and several utility model patents and won the reputable titles of "National High-tech Enterprise", "National Gazelle", "Municipal Little Giant" and so on.

Equipped with a complete series of high-precision facilities, testing instruments and equipment, JBG is capable of comprehensive and well organized quality management system as well as outstanding inspection capability. Also, it has set up a technology and R & D center. Moreover, its automotive bearing hub unit laboratory was approved by domestic and foreign OE Manufacturing. It has passed the quality certifications for IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015QMS, ISO14001:2015EMS, ISO45001:2018, so as to ensure high quality and reliable service for customers.

Research and development is JB's "engine", during these years, JB has continued to increase the investment in R&D. Cooperated with well-know domestic universities to develop the 4th generation wheel hub units for electric vehicles. JB has complete testing equipment and set up a "municipal project technology" center in order to develop and adjust the products according to OEM's requirements. JB's R&D team has more than 20 years experience in these fields and obtain the certification from OEMs.

Manufacturing is our core competencies, with over 14 years of professional manufacturing experience, JB products have been sold in all over the world. With twenty thousand square meter workshop, full-process manufacturing capabilities, from the first step forging to turning, heat treatment, induction heat treatment, grinding,cleaning and assembly. Digitized and automated for the main manufacturing processes forging and assembly, ensuring the quality stability and improving efficiency greatly. JB can meet the demand of customers' big orders and small one.
