Company Introduction
Since 2009, JBG has delivered premium wheel hubs and bearings. With 200+ employees and two plants (Ningbo 20,000 m², Cambodia 3,000 m²), we produce 1.5 million wheel hub bearing sets annually across 2,500+ SKUs.Committed to the philosophy of 'Technology Defines Quality',our alliance with Ningbo University drives our innovation in precision machining and testing. We provide our global partners with not just parts, but dependable performance and tailored engineering support.we excel in shortening lead times and smoothing supply chains. We are dedicated to fostering long-term growth for our clients through competitive pricing, agile production, and a customer-first service approach.

Introduction to Production Process
Our multi-axis CNC turning centers and machining lines transform forged blanks into inner ring, outer ring and flange with micron-level precision.
These machines execute complex cutting, boring, and threading operations with tight tolerances down to ±0.01mm, eliminating manual error and ensuring perfect fit with vehicle axles and bearings.
Each part is measured in-process to verify dimensions, roundness, and surface finish. This level of precision is effectively to prevent vibration, reduce wear, and extend the service life of the wheel hub bearings.

Assembly Process&Control
At JBG, quality control is driven by automation and data. Our semi-automatic assembly line integrates eddy current detectors, ABS signal testers, and torque validation stations. Each wheel hub bearing is 100% inspected in real time. Key processes - clearance sorting, steel ball selection, grease injection - are fully automated. The SCADA system collects OEE, anomaly data, and defect rates, while MES ensures end-to-end traceability. Any deviation triggers immediate alerts. With <0.05% defect rate and full digital monitoring, JBG delivers precision assembly and reliable quality control for every batch.
