JBG Wheel Hubs are backed by a comprehensive quality control system. We control wheel hub assembly from every aspects from raw materials analysis to performance on finished products. This includes precise dimensional inspections using CMM and Roundness Testers, in-depth material analysis ensuring optimal hardness and martensite microstructure, and 100% defect detection via magnetic particle inspection and noise testing.
Introduction to Automated Production Line
At JBG, we leverage advanced semi-automatic manufacturing lines to ensure both efficiency and precision. Our semi-automatic grinding lines cover inner ring, outer ring, and flange grinding processes. Equipped with trusswork and robotic arms, these lines boost automation and efficiency, delivering a daily production capacity of over 3,600 pieces.
Our semi-automatic assembly lines are integrated with full online inspection capabilities, including automatic clearance selection, axial clearance testing, ABS signal verification, torque testing, and eddy current detection. Every unit undergoes 100% inspection, guaranteeing consistent quality and reliability for every wheel hub bearing we produce.
