Product Raw Material Introduction
For every part of wheel hub assembly, we only work with leading domestic steel mills: outer rings and flanges come from large-scale groups, while inner rings use premium bearing steel from specialized suppliers. Every batch is verified through spectral analysis and destructive testing to eliminate impurities that would shorten product life.
To avoid common manufacturing defects, instead of the shearing cutting method, JBG is using a saw cutting for blanking. This prevents riveting cracks caused by forging folds, ensuring better rigidity and fatigue durability in every unit.
