Assembly Process&Control
JBG's assembly and quality control program is designed to eliminate defects before they leave the factory. Every wheel hub bearing undergoes 100% online inspection: clearance automatic sorting, ABS signal check, torque test, and eddy current detection. Grease injection and steel ball selection are automated to ensure consistency. Critical parameters are recorded in our MES system for full traceability. This rigorous program directly supports our 2-year / 60,000 km warranty. By controlling defect rates below 0.05%, JBG minimizes returns and maximizes customer confidence in every product shipped.
Product Raw Material Introduction
The selection of raw material is also related to the quality of products. JBG attach great importance to quality, from the start of raw Material selection. We only choose high standard material for every critical component: our inner rings are forged from high-purity GCr15 bearing steel, known for excellent harness and fatigue resistance; outer rings use 65Mn or 55# steel , to keep strength and impact toughness; and G10-grade Dong'e steel balls ensure consistent precision. Our fasteners are grade 10.9 Dacromet-coated bolts and grade 10 nuts for reliable, corrosion-resistant connections, while SPCC+NBR seals and Shell S2 reinforced grease protect the internal assembly from water and dirt.we use PA66+GF25 cages for durability at high speeds,and ABS tone rings made from powder metallurgy or 10,08F steel plate to guarantee accurate sensor signals. JBG combines these materials perfectly to deliver high-quality products to you.
