Introduction to Product Raw Materials
Inspection is an indispensable core procedure throughout the entire production of wheel hub units. It acts as the quality safety barrier and standard gauge for all finished products. Running through every production stage, our inspection system detects defects in a timely manner, blocks defective goods and ensures every product meets strict quality standards before delivery.
Complete Inspection Procedures
1. Raw Material Incoming Inspection
We fully inspect all raw materials including forged blanks, bearing steel, seals and fasteners. We test material composition, hardness and dimensions to eliminate raw material defects at the source.
2. In-Process Patrol Inspection
Professional QC staff conduct regular spot checks on semi-finished products during forging, machining, heat treatment and assembly. We monitor dimensional tolerance, geometric accuracy and surface quality to keep production under stable control.
3. Tightness Performance Test
Professional air tightness and water tightness tests are carried out to prevent oil leakage, water seepage and dust ingress during vehicle operation.
4. Rotation Performance Test
Simulate real vehicle operating conditions to check running smoothness, abnormal noise and rotation resistance, ensuring stable operation after installation.
