Factory Capability
JBG controls the entire production process of wheel hub bearings, including Forging, Turning, Induction heat treatment, CNC Machning, Grinding, Assembly, Warehouse.
Our Grinding process, different from ordinary one-time grinding, we implement twice precision superfinishing processes on the hub inner and outer raceways respectively.
This dual grinding process effectively eliminates micro defects on the raceway, greatly reduces friction and wear between the bearing and the hub raceway during high-speed operation, and avoids abnormal noise, and premature bearing failure.
It fundamentally improves the running stability, load resistance and overall service life of the wheel hub bearings, meeting strict OEM and aftermarket high-standard requirements.
