Assembly Process&Control
At JBG, our assembly process is fully standardized and quality-controlled to ensure precision and reliability in every wheel hub bearing:
From start to finish, every step is done with precision: we load the steel balls, set the right clearance automatically, fit the bolts, and inject grease using a controlled weighing system. Then we press the seals, assemble everything, crimp it, add the encoder and sensor, and test the ABS signal to make sure it works perfectly.
For the parts themselves, we keep tight controls: ball race parallelism under 0.005mm, roundness under 0.003mm, and roughness down to Ra 0.1mm. For different generations of hubs, we set clear clearance specs and check run-out, hole positions, and bolt alignment to make sure every unit is consistent and reliable.

1. In-Process Patrol Inspection
Professional QC staff conduct regular spot checks on semi-finished products during forging, machining, heat treatment and assembly. We monitor dimensional tolerance, geometric accuracy and surface quality to keep production under stable control.
2.. Rotation Performance Test
Simulate real vehicle operating conditions to check running smoothness, abnormal noise and rotation resistance, ensuring stable operation after installation.
3.Durability & Environmental Test
Salt spray test, wear resistance test and fatigue life test are applied to verify product performance under harsh working environments.
