At JBG, our assembly process is fully standardized and quality-controlled to ensure precision and reliability in every wheel hub bearing:

For the parts themselves, we keep tight controls: ball race parallelism under 0.005mm, roundness under 0.003mm, and roughness down to Ra 0.1mm. For different generations of hubs, we set clear clearance specs and check run-out, hole positions, and bolt alignment to make sure every unit is consistent and reliable.

To avoid common manufacturing defects, instead of the shearing cutting method, JBG is using a saw cutting for blanking. This prevents riveting cracks caused by forging folds, ensuring better rigidity and fatigue durability in every unit.

For the rest of bearing components, we use high-purity GCr15 steel for inner rings to deliver excellent hardness and fatigue resistance. Outer rings are made of 65Mn or 55# steel for balanced strength and toughness, paired with precision G10-grade steel balls for stable accuracy.
