JBG Wheel Hubs are backed by a comprehensive quality control system. We control wheel hub assembly from every aspects from raw materials analysis to performance on finished products. This includes precise dimensional inspections using CMM and Roundness Testers, in-depth material analysis ensuring optimal hardness and martensite microstructure, and 100% defect detection via magnetic particle inspection and noise testing.
A highlight of our Multi-Functional Performance Test Machine, conduct critical eddy mud spray test and products lifespan test, allows us to simulate the most punishing real-world harsh conditions.
