Introduction to Production Process
JBG controls the entire production process of wheel hub bearings, including Forging, Turning, Induction heat treatment, CNC Machning, Grinding, Assembly, Warehouse.
Including Eddy Current detection, Torque test, Clearance Automatic Sorting and ABS sensor signal test etc. All test data are recorded and stored in real time to realize full product traceability.
This full-inspection ensures that every delivered wheel hub bearings has stable performance, excellent sealing, no oil leakage and sensitive sensor response, providing reliable and safe driving guarantee for various vehicles.
JBG's assembly and quality control program follows a strict step-by-step process. The semi-automatic assembly line performs 100% online inspections, including clearance sorting, ABS signal testing, torque measurement, and eddy current detection. Before assembly, steel balls are automatically selected, grease is precisely injected, and bolts are verified. During assembly, sensors monitor each station in real time. All data is uploaded to the MES system, enabling full traceability from raw material to finished product. This systematic approach keeps the defect rate below 0.05% and supports our 2-year / 60,000 km warranty.
