Product Process Introduction
The grinding process is the most crucial production of wheel hub bearings.
Our ballrace grinding process for inner ring, outer ring and flange is engineered to meet the strict OEM and aftermarket performance standards.
Using high-precision CNC ballrace grinding machines, we perform twice superfinishing on every ballrace, this dual process achieving ultra-precise control over key parameters including ballrace position, curvature, roundness, parallelism, and surface roughness down to the micron level.
Every part undergoes 100% in-process inspection by specialized equipment like height gauges, roughness testers, roundness meters, and contour gauges.
These rigorous controls ensure the ballraces burn-free status, surface texture, corrosion, or harmful scratches, minimizing friction, reducing noise, and preventing premature wear.
This level of precision directly translates to improved load distribution, enhanced fatigue resistance, and extended service life of the entire wheel hub bearings.

Research and Development Process
At JBG, we leverage over 15 years of R&D experience and comprehensive testing equipment to manufacture wheel hub bearings that fully meet OEM quality criteria.
Core R&D Advantages:
✔ We collaborate with top universities to research and develop next-generation electric vehicle hub products.
✔ Our Municipal-level Technology Center provides customized product optimization tailored to diverse OEM demands.
✔ Complete inspection documentation is available, alongside official provincial-level R&D accreditation.

Introduction to Production Process
JBG controls the entire production process of wheel hub bearings, including Forging, Turning, Induction heat treatment, CNC Machning, Grinding, Assembly, Warehouse.
This dual grinding process effectively eliminates micro defects on the raceway, greatly reduces friction and wear between the bearing and the hub raceway during high-speed operation, and avoids abnormal noise, and premature bearing failure.
It fundamentally improves the running stability, load resistance and overall service life of the wheel hub bearings, meeting strict OEM and aftermarket high-standard requirements.
