Assembly Process&Control
JBG's assembly and quality control program follows a strict step-by-step process. The semi-automatic assembly line performs 100% online inspections, including clearance sorting, ABS signal testing, torque measurement, and eddy current detection. Before assembly, steel balls are automatically selected, grease is precisely injected, and bolts are verified. During assembly, sensors monitor each station in real time. All data is uploaded to the MES system, enabling full traceability from raw material to finished product. This systematic approach keeps the defect rate below 0.05% and supports our 2-year / 60,000 km warranty.
Product Raw Material Introduction
To avoid common manufacturing defects, instead of the shearing cutting method, JBG is using a saw cutting for blanking. This prevents riveting cracks caused by forging folds, ensuring better rigidity and fatigue durability in every unit.
For the rest of bearing components, we use high-purity GCr15 steel for inner rings to deliver excellent hardness and fatigue resistance. Outer rings are made of 65Mn or 55# steel for balanced strength and toughness, paired with precision G10-grade steel balls for stable accuracy.
By combining premium raw materials with controlled processes, JBG ensures every wheel hub bearing delivers consistent stability, durability, and safety on the road.
