JBG Upgraded Process & Parameters: Adopting Dacromet coating treatment. Bolts pass 480-hour salt spray test with zero red rust within 240 hours. The anti-corrosion performance is 6.7 times that of ordinary OE zinc plating.

Factory Capability
JBG Wheel hubs, assembly and quality control program is designed to eliminate defects before they leave the factory. Every wheel hub bearing undergoes 100% online inspection: clearance automatic sorting, ABS signal check, torque test, and eddy current detection. Grease injection and steel ball selection are automated to ensure consistency. Critical parameters are recorded in our MES system for full traceability.
